Meet your personal problem solver for the digital stuff.

I'm Bryson Reese. For three and a half years, I was the person users called when something broke. I worked in desktop support and systems administration before moving into software engineering, which means I've spent a lot of time seeing how people actually use their tools— including the workarounds and "quick fixes" that quietly become part of everyone's routine.

I started Reese Technology Services because most small businesses don't need a huge new system. They need one annoying part of the day to stop being annoying. Maybe that means connecting two tools, automating a report, or replacing a fragile spreadsheet with a simple tool that fits the way the work is really done.

Why a paper crane

My dad taught me to fold paper cranes, and I've folded hundreds since. A few simple folds, done in the right order, turn a flat sheet of paper into something that can stand on its own. That's how I think about automation too: the individual steps are usually simple. The useful part is putting them together well.
